Due to the digital nature of our eSIM products, we do not accept returns once a QR code has been generated. However, if you encounter technical issues during activation or connection, rest assured that we offer a full refund if our tech team is unable to resolve the problem. Please contact us immediately by email at hello@esim.zone or through our website contact form for any connectivity issues.
Before making a purchase, ensure your device supports eSIM functionality. If your device is not eSIM-compatible or if you change your mind, a 20% processing fee will apply. It is important to note that the eSIM plan must be activated within 30 days of QR code generation. No refunds will be issued if the eSIM plan expires after 30 days without activation.
Refund policy
To claim a refund, customers must follow these steps:
1. Contact us by email or through the website contact form for assistance with the connection issue.
2. Provide detailed information about the problem, including product and purchase details, the issue encountered, and the device and country where the eSIM is faulty.
Customers must carefully read and follow the instructions. Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
1. Failure to contact or cooperate with us to resolve connection or other issues.
2. The eSIM has been activated and has consumed data (our system can track the status of all eSIM products sold by us).
A 20% processing fee will be charged after the QR code has been generated due to non-technical factors such as device incompatibility or a change of mind.
Once a refund request is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
