A: No, the eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email. We do not mail physical copies.
A: Follow these steps to activate your eSIM plan:
- Do not scan the QR code until you reach your destination country.
- Connect to Wi-Fi at the airport or your hotel.
- Scan the QR code and follow the instructions to activate your eSIM.

A: No, installing an eSIM adds a secondary data plan to your device. You can enable or disable each plan according to your needs.
